We understand that choosing goods from a website or catalogue is not quite the same as being able to see the products 'in the flesh'. That’s why we say...buy with complete confidence.
If you purchase a product from us and are not completely satisfied
Please return the item(s) within 14 days in the original packaging, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and your reason for return. You must give us prior notice by telephone of your intention to return an item, so that we can deal with your return in the most efficient way. We will not necessarily always ask for goods to be returned here to Larkspeed, but may ask for goods to be returned to our suppliers' addresses.
Providing goods are undamaged and in a re-saleable condition, we will exchange or refund your money. Handling charges may have to be levied in cases where goods have been specially ordered and then returned. Goods made to customers own requirements cannot be accepted back for refund - this includes all Clutches, Rallyflapz & Dashboard Kits.
All items must be returned carriage paid. If you do not have the means to ship an item back to us, we can arrange for our courier to collect from you. In this event there is a standard charge of £10 within UK mainland (excluding highlands and islands). The goods must be securely wrapped to prevent any damage in transit, and must contain customer's details.
Goods returned under warranty should be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and will be dealt with as a matter of priority. Larkspeed are not responsible for any Carriage Charges and/or Labour Charges incurred during fitment or removal of suspected faulty, incorrectly ordered or incorrectly supplied parts. This does not affect your statutory rights
