Iridium Tough

Denso Iridium Tough Spark Plugs are designed for drivers who care about performance, but who also do heavy mileage and are therefore concerned about the longevity of their spark plugs and the fuel consumption of their vehicle. In tests, Denso Iridium Tough spark plugs were shown to last 5 times longer and deliver 3.5% greater fuel economy than standard plugs.
On top of that they have all the usual performance benefits you get from standard Denso Iridium Power Plugs. By using a 0.4mm diameter iridium alloy centre electrode and Denso's very own U-Groove ground electrode, Denso Iridium Tough Spark Plugs deliver superb ignitability while maintaining lower required spark voltage. This results in less misfiring, a dramatic improvement in combustion and therefore improved engine horsepower. Denso Iridium Tough best demonstrates its performance improvement during acceleration. The higher ignitability and lower required spark voltage enables high response driving with fewer misfires. As a result, acceleration improves in comparison with normal plugs.
