Tarox have been manufacturing brake components since 1976. Originally involved in Formula 1 and later in performance upgrades for road cars. In 1983 they launched the first ever grooved brake disc suitable for road cars.

Tarox Competizione Brake Pads have been designed for Out & Out Race and Competition Use. They feature a high coefficient of friction, giving them superior release characteristics when compared to other racing pads. They deliver a very hard pedal feel due to a low compressibility level, and an outstanding thermal stability that ensures constant performance lap after lap.

Tarox Competizione Pads are able to withstand temperatures of up to 900C, and they have an optimum temperature range of between 300C & 700C.
